This week on Buy to build, we are in sunny Queensland to meet Anna and Justin- a beautiful couple who are dreaming of a semi-rural, family filled lifestyle.
But, when two people agree on just about everything, how will we make sure they explore all different styles of homes?
It's up to Walt to find out.
House 1
The first house on the list is the Monash 32 from Coral Homes. This is a modern twist on the Hamptons and offers a stunning double story home that is filled with light, space and style.

House 2
Having agreed on everything so far- Walt threw a curve ball into the mix with a sexy single story from Simonds. This house has everything they need for family life and really impressed Justin. But does Anna have her heart set on something bigger?
House 3
Wowsers! This home was like something we have never seen on this show before. Stunning atrium lounge with upstairs living, just full of design and style. Natural materials, bold colours and a design suited for sloping blocks.

Land release 1
Nestled in the hills of Kingsholme is a premium land development called Montego Hills. This community is designed for larger statement homes and offers space, nature and semi-rural living with all the nearby amenities you'd find in any city.
This really is something quite different for this part of the country.
Land release 2
The Surrounds is one of the nicest developments we have seen in the area- it has stunning streetscape design, parks, walking paths and varying lot sizes. For Anna and Justin this proved to be the most suitable for their personal needs.
Hot land tip
This week's hot tip for land is in Logan Reserve and a community called Sequana. Absolute river frontage design with parks, free wifi and plenty of schools in the area.
