In this first episode of Buy to build, we meet Hooman and Delana, a young couple who run a busy and successful dance studio in Melbourne. They have been on a strict savings regime and are finance fit with pre approval- so it's all systems go.
The search goes pretty well, but will the love bubble start to show cracks as they realise they have quite differing tastes?

The first house on the list is the Hahn with Chicago Facade- it's a stunning two story property which casts an impressive curb appeal. For Hooman and Delana, this house has all the elements they need to be king and queen of entertaining.

Next on the shortlist was a curve ball from Walt. Going against Delana's double story dreams, this Vinci 30 house was absolutely jaw-droping. Masses of space and oozing style and inner-city chic, the guys really couldn't believe the design. Big thumbs up.
House 3
Third and final house on Walt's list was the Tathra 350 from Fairhaven Homes. A local builder, not to be outdone, this incredible house had a resort feel to it with luxury finishes and a sense of warmth. Delana was excited about the potential here.
