This week on Buy to build, we are in between the Gold Coast and Brisbane to help Lauren and Daniel buy their dream house and land package. With lots on offer, plus two sets of wants and needs- Walt has is work cut out for this gorgeous shy couple.
House 1
The first house on the list is the Lisbon from Coral Homes and this offers a unique twist on the Hamptons. It's a single story home filled with light and space. It has an exquisite feel to the style, but it is very homely. Was it too much for our couple?
House 2
This double story house from Simonds (Bulimba) showed the guys exactly how to live that Queensland lifestyle. Open plan, lots of light and plenty of space.
The balcony on the bedroom was a real treat!
House 3
For something a little different, we took Lauren and Daniel through the Frida from Privium- and this didn't disappoint. It really offered them a home which was unique, modern yet very much a retreat.

Land release 1
If you're into communities that are surrounded by untouched nature, with adventure on your doorstep- then Covella is the one! We loved this new community and the master plan looks to make it one of the best in the area. Trees, parks, wetlands and family friendly amenities are all big pluses here.
Land release 2
Killara is a fantastic community in Logan Reserve which really caught out eye. In terms of value for money, this really seals the deal for our couple. Located close to the important freeways and transport links, plus schools- Killara is a great new community.
Hot land tip
This week's hot tip for land is Arundel Springs which is just north of the Gold Coast- this is a premium land release with walking parks, bike tracks and great transport links. Lots sizes are varied and this development is very popular.
