In our season return, we're with Sam and Rose- Rose is a school teacher and Sam works for a big logistics company, both based in Hong Kong. Now they've returned to Brisbane to buy big and settle into their dream home.

House 1
On a rainy and humid Brisbane day, the first house for our couple was the Baltimore from Coral Homes- a stunning modern and fresh house design that really caught our eye. A sleek exterior with plenty of facade options. This was a beautiful home.
House 2
House number 2 really made their jaws drop- this is the Ruby from Hudson Homes and showcases the best in open plan design, with a real flair for detail. Perfect for young families who want space and style.
House 3
The Grayson from Brighton Homes made everybody stop in their tracks- a modern Queenslander with a Hamptons hint that really struck a chord with Rose. But was this enough to get Sam over the line with his differing tastes?
