This week Beth and her fiance Travis join the show looking for help in building for the first time. Travis needs a space to create his day-job health coach videos and Beth wants room for her fur babies..... so it's Walt's job to shortlist three homes in Melbourne's South Eastern area.
HOUSE 1
This week Beth and Travis started their house hunt with the Avanti from Metricon- and this display showcases the cathedral ceiling option which adds a whole new level of space to this stylish and spacious design.
HOUSE 2
The house with the loft! This is a lot of house for the footprint and Kialla's Savannah makes great use of the loft space which would be great for Travis' online business, working from home. What a house!

Cheviot Homes the Rory was house 3 on this stormy day in Melbourne. This build sat under their budget and offered a luxury vibe for less, leaving them cash to complete landscaping and add some valuable add-ons. A great home for a first home buyer
Parklands Wonthaggi
For those wanting affordable land out of town, Walt heads to the West Gippsland town of Wonthaggi to check out the area's big new development called Parklands. With shiny new parks and only minutes from all the major amenities, lots are selling fast.
Ridgelea Estate
If you've ever driven through the bustling suburbs of Pakenham and Berwick, you'll have seen signs for Ridglea Estate. They're building a whole town here, set between two major roads. Connectivity is key and you're surrounded by lovely countryside from left to right!
