This week we're on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland with semi-retirees Helen and Ian. They thought at this stage of life, they'd be downsizing and going smaller, but with the 7th grandchild on the way- they're having to upsize!
This week we are showcasing FOUR display homes!
House 1
House number 1 was the Capri 26 from Coral Homes and delivered a solid start to the day! This beautiful single story home came in under budget but didn't skimp on stye and functionality.
Could Ian be won over already, despite his love of large scale?
House 2
The second house of the day was this amazing home called the Merricks from Metricon. This was a luxurious double story home offering classic, modern design. Wide open plan living and beautiful alfresco with allowance for a pool, plus the most stunning master room. Ian and Helen loved this home.
House 3
House 3 was another on Walt's list from Coral Homes, a gorgeous two story home offering class, sophistication and not losing the homely vibe. For our Queenslanders, this outdoor living stunner ticked a lot of boxes.
House 4
The final house on the hunt today had to be different. It had to offer something the others didn't- so Walt picked out one of his favourites, the Harper from Brighton Homes.
Cheeky upbeat design, open plan, nooks, rooms and space. This home is for the young at heart.
