House 1
House number 1 in Melbourne is a fantastic, fresh and ultra stylish design from Burbank. The Fitzgerald really took these two by surprise and we learned you can build a small, medium and larger version of this design. It did deliver and Walt was even keen to move in!
House 2
House 2 was a perfect example of how builders should be delivering single story homes. This was a huge 4 bedroom home packed with features and style. For Lauren, this one really stuck a chord given it was under budget and easy to maintain. It had the warehouse feel that Felix had been craving too.
House 3
The house with the angled kitchen! Inspired Homes came up with a unique design called the Panama- a kitchen layout that sits on a 45 degree angle. A really fantastic idea. The upstairs master was one of Walt's favourites- but was it all enough to win over this picky couple?

Land release 1
Manor Lakes is west of Melbourne and is an established community that offers everything a growing family could need. For Lauren & Felix the shopping centre, schools and parks meant they could start a family easily here.

Modeina is a new community nestled next to Caroline Springs in the west of Melbourne. It's a boom area in terms of growth and amenities. Parks, wetlands and creeks surround this gorgeous new community.
