Western Sydney is this week's location with our glam coupe Challis and Abbas! They're doing well with their business, cashed up and ready to find a dream house off the plans in the west. But- will their budget be smashed when they see what's outside of their range?
House 1
House number 1 in is the stunning Boston from Clarendon Homes in Sydney- this amazing layout comes in varying sizes to suit most block sizes. Big open spaces and lots of options on bedrooms and bathrooms really took this couple by surprise, but it was over budget
House 2
House 2 showed us how to maximise vast open spaces and even converted the roof space into loft bedrooms. The Barossa Loft from Beechwood was under budget but over delivered on space. It's a blank canvas you could customise and make your own. A superb example of clever use of space.

House 3- the Hamptons coast twist!
What a home- one of Walt's favourites of the day, this is the Mocha from Hudson Homes and offered a very different layout. Two stories with a huge alfresco area. Abbas was smitten with this one, but Challis wanted tiles on the floor- which was a change-out option
House 4
And then, this beauty. A single story with the feeling of a luxury Miami resort. That master bedroom and suite blew everyone away and the window for the splashback were all key factors that made this couple say WOW.
But- will they choose this over the the rest?
