The Carrington from MOJO homes sets a new standard for big-home living. Beautifully laid out with a nod to The Hamptons, this alfresco dream house ticked a lot of boxes. But house number 1, is way over budget.
House 2
House number 2 was the Brunello from Beechworth Homes and this one had the roof space converted into a loft suite. It's single storey, but makes use of the roof. Such a clever design and really pulled off the modern contemporary look effortlessly
House 3
The Milan from Coral Homes is house 3 and this single storey, super stylish design embraces natural light and open plan living. With 3 living areas and 4 bedrooms, this house really took us all by surprise.

Land release 1
Billy's Lookout is in Teralba, about 35 minutes south of Newcastle. It's a prestige development with surrounding bushland, art sculptures and tree lined streets. New releases are just being sold. One of our favourite communities to date.

Potter's Lane in Raymond Terrace is another great development from The McCloy Group. It's a community that is up and coming, close to all the freeways and offers lot sizes and prices for all types of buyers.
One to watch
If you're looking for land in the Newcastle, Hunter Valley or Port Macquarie area, this week's one to watch is Hereford Hill in Lochinvar. It's JUST being built and is already hot property!
