The Vantage from Metricon is a whopper of a home, but does have numerous floor plans available. The girls loved this home and it certainly delivered on the wow factor
House 2
This house was Walt's curve ball and really offered something unique. A pool in the middle of the design and a U shaped home. It all offers space, style and sanctuary for the family.
House 3
House 3 in Sydney this week was the Monash from Coral Homes and this is a really solid family home. It came under budget for Kia, but doesn't lack any design feautres.
Stockland The Gables
Sydney's North and West is really booming- and for those looking for premium land options, The Gables is where its at! Surrounded by parks, walkways and farmland, this development really sets the tone for a wonderful life in the burbs
