Penelope and Nathan are this week's house hunters in Melbourne- and they are looking to do a Knock Down Rebuild in Melbourne's leafy suburbs. It's an emotional decision to let go of an existing family home, but the rebuild can be a truly rewarding outcome.

House 1 this week for our KDRB special is the wonderful d.SEVEN from Eight Homes. This is a fantastic option for those wanting to really supersize space on the existing block and make the kitchen the focus of the home!
House 2
The Quintessa from Dulger Homes is house 2 this week. This is a more affordable build, but doesn't compromise on the space or the quality. There are plenty of rooms for the entire family to have space in and you can also modify to add more rooms.
House 3
House 3 this week is one of Walt's favourites- The Vantage from Metricon. For a KDRB idea, this home really adds the wow factor. Multi-level living, scaled to a size you'd never get bored of. And that main bedroom...... :)
House 4
The Montreal from Boutique Homes is a really modern take on the family home. This floorplan is quite interesting, with two living spaces upstairs that are utterly multi-functional.
