House 1
The Seaton from Metricon is our first home this week for Kitty and Liv. This home has a really cool floor plan and despite being aimed at first home buyers, there is SO much space on offer!
House 2

House 2 is the Jorelle from Eight Homes and really showcased what the girls might enjoy if they built a double storey home. The lounge spaces ticked boxes and so did that main bedroom!

House 3
And house 3 on the show this week features the Clara from Metricon, with that raked ceiling and skylights. A single storey that really gives space for everyone.
Land near Epping in Melbourne

Who doesn't want to live near to a Costco! This is Stockland Aurora in Wollert, Vic. Running alongside Epping which is an established suburb, Aurora now has new lots underway. There is everything here in this big mega development!

Stockland Cloverton

Stockland Cloverton is one of Australia's biggest masterplanned communities and sits in the north of the city, in Kalkallo. There are schools, parks, shopping areas and more on offer here.

One to Watch!

This week's one to watch  in terms of land, is Stockland Lyra- located in the most northern point of Melbourne. This brand new community is now underway and offers country air, open space and great transport access!
