This week in South West Sydney, its Manal who is looking for a big home to build for her and her family in the area. This former Lebanese TV weather girl is trying to avoid stormy skies as she works with Walt to choose from three amazing house designs
HOUSE 1
The Ashmont from Coral Homes kicks off the house hunt this week. A stunning open plan home that enjoys vast living spaces and so much storage. Ideal for larger families who need their own space.
HOUSE 2
Masterton was the next house for Manal and Walt wanted to showcase the Westwood Exclusive design. This home is double storey and maximised that floor plan for space. Including the loved upstairs lounge room!
HOUSE 3
Walt's final choice was the Boston from Clarendon. This expansive home was a stunning example of how you harness split level blocks and making sure the whole family has room to breathe and relax.

Walt looks at what land options are available for South Western Sydney as the city expands. Set at the foothills of bushland is Figtree Hill from Stockland- a wonderful new community that is underway.
