THIS WEEK'S EPISODE
This week we're on the Gold Coast with Allison and James who are ready to build their forever home with quite a checklist! 5 bedrooms, space for their grown up kids, future proofing with a downstairs suite... all whilst being bright, light and open plan! Plus, Walt checks out what land is coming online this year in Northern NSW.
HOUSE 1
This week Metricon's Vista is the first home presented by Walt to these two! It's a large family home that screams modern luxury, whilst giving all the family the space they need to get away! Its like a living in a resort!
HOUSE 2
Second on the list today is the gorgeous Hinterland from Simonds- one of Walt's favourites on display. A sunken lounge room, stunning architectural features and so much space. This is a home that screams the tropics. Cool air breezing through in the morning and plenty of outdoor living!
HOUSE 3
James and Allison loved house 3 too, this is a really unique design from Neptune Homes- The Miami! Curves are back, separate living areas are back and despite it being a larger home, it still had a homely feeling.
Stockland Kings Forest
Heading over the border into northern NSW, you'll find new communities popping up along side the legendary areas of Byron and Kingscliff. Kings Forest is underway and people are snapping up lots to enjoy proximity and the surf!
