Sydney couple Susan and Matt had a great day with Walt looking for dream display homes and land in Western Sydney. The wishlist was quite a challange and Matt's gaming room became a sticking point. But did they choose the right place?
House 1
The Seattle 36 from Coral Homes is an exquisite home design that sets a standard in affordable luxury. Matt had everything he needed in this home including his gaming room. Susan wasn't sure it was all a bit too big, but that didn't stop her from falling in love with it.

House number 2 was the house with the internal balcony. This stunning glass, chrome and up-market house design blew everybody away- even the crew.

The Grange from Coral Homes is a great example of you make the most of a single story build. Just as many bedroom as the larger homes we saw today and an equal with the style, Susan and Matt found themselves wondering if they need to stay single story and reduce the housework!
