In our season return, we're with Health and Fitness Professional Hayden and his Architect wife Sahar. They've recently returned to Melbourne after living in the Middle East for several years. Now they're hunting for a dream house and piece of land... but their changing wish list sends Walt into a spin!
House 1
First on the list today was this beautiful Quenscliff 416 from Fairhaven Homes. Shiny, modern and bold describes this big new home, featuring a media room, 4 bedrooms and a huge open plan living area. Our couple thought about replacing the tiled floor with a timber effect floor to warm it up given it is a Melbourne build.
House 2
House number 2 was a stunning house from Dulger Homes. This is the Serenity 41 and features walk in robes in every room. It had two master rooms and a big upstairs balcony. Hayden and Sahar wanted to change the size of the master and also add some different finishes to the kitchen.
House 3
After a sudden change of brief, Walt had to come up with a curve ball addition to the hunt. Hayden and Sahar decided that bigger isnt always better and wanted to see options for a smaller, easier to maintain property. So we presented them with this Town Home.

Land release 1
Thornhill Park is a substantial growth precinct in Melbourne's west, offering incredible links to the Western Highway into Melbourne. It's about 35km's from Melbourne and is currently experiencing a boom. Wetlands, parks and schools are part of this lovely new community.
Land release 2
Bowery Deanside is an exciting new development north west of Melbourne. Still farmland, work has just began to create a leafy, upmarket and amenity filled community.
This was our chosen land for this week's couple.
Hot land tip
Located in Armstrong Creek, just south of Geelong- the Precinct is undergoing a billion dollar investment including a new town centre. Shops, houses, leisure, restaurants.. this place has it all. That's why this is our one to watch this week.
