This week we are in Brisbane during the Spring heatwave, looking for a dream forever home for Luke and Philippa. They have a toddler already and another on the way, so they need to upsize their home and their life! But will Philippa's need for a pool get in the way of their budget reality?
House 1
The Noosa 25 is the first house we are looking at on today's list- known for the fantastic lay out options and over the top luxury- this affordable house really set the scene for a huge day.
For Philippa, the huge kitchen area would be perfect for her cake decorating and Luke and plenty of options for a home office.
House 2
House number 2 was a real curve ball for this couple. The Banjo from Privium offered a whole new alternative on modern living. It is a double story house with a plunge pool, unlimited natural light and top end finishes. The amount of space that comes with this house design is jaw-dropping.
House 3
The third and final house on the list today was the Santorini which was part of the affordable Hamptons range from Coral. This house ticked a lot of boxes for our couple and offered an instant family warmth. The flexibility on floor plan was a big plus.

Land release Part 1
This week we focused on land about 40 minutes from Brisbane in area Called South Ripley. This is a substantial new community, set to become as big as Brisbane CBD and surrounds.
