The Garner from Burbank is our first house on today's list- a fantastic double story, open plan home with a nod to the Hampon's style.
This is a unique home with several living space and 4 bedrooms
House 2
House number 2 was a single story home from Aston Homes, called the Havana. Huge high ceilings, skylights and a vast open plan area gave this home a modern and bright feel.
With plenty of lay-out options on the floor plan, this house delivered.
House 3
House 3 was a stunning home from Burbank called the Hemsworth. We saw some gorgeous timber detailing on the feature walls and a cleverly designed floor plan that puts the bedrooms our of sight.

Land release 1
Heritage Parc is a wonderful, established community near Newcastle. We loved the open parks, playgrounds and free street art that dots around the area. There are plenty of amenities in the area and its perfect for family life
Land release 2
The Bower in Medowie, close to Newcastle is a lush, leafy and bushland development. McCloy Group are behind this and have dedicated a vast amount of land to conservation. There are small and large lots available at varying prices.
