House 1 is the Nevada from Clarendon Homes and really showcased the wow factor for Jordy and Jess.

House 2
The Grange from Coral Homes is house 2 on this week's show. A deep, dark and ultra stylish home that has various floorplan options. This style really suited Jess and Jordy's young and outgoing vibe.
House 3
House 3 this week is the Fairfield, again from Clarendon, who are really pushing the boat out with exciting home designs. This was a really nice home, with lots of space for these two. Including a HOT outdoor area!
Stockland Aura- land
Land on the Sunny Coast can be tough to secure, so we headed to a brilliant new community that is one of the most important developments in the region- Stockland Aura. It's huge... and there's land available!
