This week on Buy to build, we are in Melbourne to meet Sarah, a switched on, well seasoned property owner. Sarah is looking to upsize her home and buy big- so this week we are in for a real treat if you love the bigger style houses.
House 1
The first house for Sarah today was this stunning Lloyd 29 house from ABC Homes. Whilst it did look smaller from the outside, on the inside this property delivered on space, light and style.
Sarah was blown away by the open plan living.
House 2
We weren't expecting the next house to offer such a luxurious but welcoming vibe. As soon as you walk into the Carnarvon from Simonds, you were met with a warmth thanks to the natural organic resort feel. And that kitchen!
House 3
The third and final house of the series was the Lonsdale 409 from Fairhaven Homes- and on Sarah's wish-list was style, space and grandeur. Well... this did deliver but it was a fair bit over her budget. Was this the most impressive Master Bedroom yet?

Land release 1
Our first land development was The Maples in Greenvale in Melbourne's North.
This stunning new community will feature tree lined streets, sandstone entry walls and upmarket, designed street-scapes.
This is an exciting new land opportunity for Sarah.
Land release 2
Jubilee is fantastic new development in the Melbourne suburb of Wyndham Vale and is one of the most substantial new growth areas in Australia. Billions of dollars of infrastructure make this new community a perfect place to call home.
